Return policy

During the 40 days following the delivery of your order, you can request the exchange or refund of items, which needs to be returned to us in its original condition. 


  • Returns will only be accepted if items are in an unused saleable condition, and labels and original packaging are all fully intact. 
  • Our 40-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 40 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
  • If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, we may not issue a refund or send a replacement.


  • Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling and any separate fees.

Damaged, missing and wrong items

If you’ve received your order and noticed that it is damaged, missing or the wrong item was received, you can easily request a replacement or a refund at no further cost to you.

Simply follow our returns process below. Under reason for return, please note if your product is damaged, missing, the wrong item was received or other. Also kindly note whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.

Following this, we’ll send you an email letting you know that we’re processing your request.

How to return

To return email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Order number
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange
  • Your reason for returning
  • Photo of faulty or wrong item (if applicable)
  • Any additional details


In order to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back to Xobishion and re-order.

Cancelling an order

Orders are processed within 24 hours; once this process begins an order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want a product that is in transit, please wait for its arrival and request a refund.

Yes, you can return your product for any reason within 40 days of receiving it, as long as the conditions in the returns policy are met.

Returns should be sent to our distribution centre. Simply send us a returns request with the required information and an address will be emailed to you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return costs will be at your expense.

You should receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your item. If you’ve not received one within 2 weeks, check your junk mail or get in touch with us via email.
